A degradation in performance with the Exception Certificate Wizard (ECW) was identified at 5:44 PM Thursday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The issue was identified by the production support team and resolved shortly after. All services are back to fully operational and any new issues should be submitted through regular Vertex support channels.
